Hotel was fair. Price was ambiguous.
Not the best area to stay in but it was convenient to the airport. The lack of a shuttle will probably keep me from staying there again
The rooms and hallways have ragged carpets and the overall look is very dated and tired. Gives Marriott name a bit of a black eye. The receptionist is quite unpleasant and gave me the runaround about pricing.
Hotel was clean, quiet, and cozy. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was open on time and food was fresh. Would definitely stay here again.

The noise from the nearby airport was more noticeable on the upper floors than the first/ground floor. I had no trouble falling asleep in the first floor room. Room was comfortable.
The hotel was fine for an overnight stay and the underground parking facility is good. This is the 3rd time we have used the hotel for park and fly. I must say that the new shuttle process is not very convenient and we were surprised that the round trip was $16 per person. Pretty expensive for the short ride to the airport. The directions for picking up the shuttle at the airport were confusing. There is another level above the Departure level so the directions should not say "Topmost" level. Considering the cost of the hotel and parking this added expense was not welcomed. In addition, the return driver was heavy footed and the ride did not feel very safe.
Very nice room and parking was excellent. I wish the shuttle service had longer hours. I had to pay $40 to get back to the parking garage.
Hotel was clean. Staff at checkin was friendly, however I never received the wakeup call I'd requested. I'd selected this location because it said they covered Uber costs instead of a shuttle, however when I checked in this was not the case. The shuttle only runs every 40 minutes, and the return shuttle was 15 minutes late!

Quiet and very nice room with newer very clean bathroom
Alarm went off multiple times that night. Shuttle vehicle was mechanically skeptical and driver watched a video on dash for a portion of the trip. Hotel itself was nice and clean.
We appreciated the hotels friendly staff and the information they provided. If we have an early morning flight in the future we would be pleased to stay at the Fairfield Inn again. We were not entirely pleased with the hotel's recommended taxi service the morning of our flight out.

This was my first time using park/sleep/fly. It was great! There was no shuttle service at this time, but the hotel arranged for our taxi to the airport.

No shuttle service. Had to use a cab both ways. Hotel credit of $20 helped defray cost of cab.
I arrived the evening before my international flight. The person who checked me in was super nice, friendly, and gave me great options for dinner, all within a block. The hotel was just what I needed, Convenient and close to the airport. I would definitely stay here again. I parked my car and left it there for 3 nights and picking it up was fast and easy. Due to Covid, they do not have a shuttle, but they discounted my hotel stay and had a taxi waiting for me bright and early at 5:30am.
